Your Purpose

To prepare and deliver our Construction vocational curriculum programmes to our Learners, working in partnership with the Construction Provision team based at Kings Mill Way in Mansfield. You will work holistically with Learners in small groups at our construction workshop delivering engaging and innovative sessions.

 

Job Role:                                 Construction Group Tutor

Contract:                                Term-time (39+2 weeks), Permanent

Starting Salary:                       £21,000 per annum (FTE)

 

We Need

We need someone who has the practical skills and relevant experience to deliver a broad range of construction sessions such as joinery, bricklaying, painting and much more. We ideally require someone who has previously working within education and has some experience of working with Learners who have SEN super powers.

 

It is important to our Learners that our new Construction Group Tutor is someone who is engaging, enthusiastic about construction, are confident and willing to  not only challenge negative behaviours,  but can demonstrate positive and professional behaviours.
