Job Role: Finance Assistant
Contract: Permanent/ 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,380.00 – £30,867.00 per annum (FTE)
Your Purpose
The Finance Assistant will support the finance team with purchasing, credit control, purchase and sales ledger transactions, banking and VAT returns and preparing management accounts. The Finance Assistant will also be responsible for the day to day activities within the team whilst providing an excellent customer experience for all of our employees and external stakeholders working closely with all members of the Finance Team.
We Need
We need someone who has a passion for using their demonstrable knowledge, skills and experience in finance to support the team across all areas including purchase & sales ledger, staff expenses and management accounts. Our Learners need someone who is loyal and dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of our Finance Team so that they can receive the appropriate equipment and resources which will directly impact their futures via alternative education.
There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people as required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.
