Job Role: HR Advisor
Contract: Temporary 12 month contract, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,380 – £30,867
Your Purpose
To support the Senior HR Advisor with the day to day HR activities including being a point of contact for employees with regards to people related matters. Our HR Advisor will be an excellent role model for our aspiring HR Administrator and will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of R.E.A.L. Education.
We Need
We need someone who has a person-centred approach to HR and is confident in translating theory and legislation into everyday practice. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has experience of working in a fast paced environment, either within the education sector or an industry that has exposed them to Safeguarding activities or an understanding of the role Safeguarding plays within day to day HR activities.
There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
