A very rewarding and challenging role has become available for an experienced and person-centred educator to join the R.E.A.L. Education family as a Hub Manager. The post holder will be site based and responsible for our City Hub which is located in Nottingham city centre.
Within this role you will be required to support and assist the Personalised Provision Manager and the Senior Leadership Team by providing dynamic and professional leadership and management to reflect the Hub’s vision, policies and practice.
We are looking for an innovative and hands-on professional who has some experience of either managing an educational setting or a school site, ideally within a SEN setting. Our successful candidate will also be someone who can and will be our on-site role model for teaching, learning and behaviour management, raising the standard of our alternative provision.
For us and our Learners, it is important that our successful applicant has a strong understanding and practical knowledge of working with Learners who have SEN/ADHD/Autism and how to individualise learning and development to support these super powers.
In addition to your holiday entitlement and paid bank holidays, we will offer you 5 days paid dependency leave a year, access to the company’s Westfield Health, support your continuous professional development and provide a bereavement insurance policy.
Hours: 37.5 per week, permanent
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Salary: £36,500 – £39,500 per annum
